Kathleen E. Rusler O’Connor, the founder of Burnsville, Minnesota based O’Connor Law and Mediation, PLLC focuses on handling family law cases such as divorce, custody, child support, and protection orders. Ms. O’Connor believes educating her clients is a fundamental aspect of being a successful family lawyer. Kathleen has a unique perspective having worked for a judge drafting orders and scheduling cases. She is skilled at drafting initial pleadings, motions, agreements, and final orders. Ms. O’Connor understands the court system from inside and outside the courthouse. Her training as a Rule 114 neutral provides her with the knowledge to either facilitate the mediation or represent her clients at the mediation table. She has been successfully serving clients in Dakota, Scott, Goodhue, Hennepin and Ramsey Counties for over 25 years.
